Reservation condition

With FIT: Full payment by cash or bank transfer at least 10 days prior to guets' arrival.

With GIT: Deposit equal to the first night's room revenue is required latest 30 days prior to the group's arrival.

Payment in full for charges must be settled in cash or money transfer.

Advance deposit & payment should be directly remitted to the hotel's account as follows:

A complete rooming list must be received by the travel at least 15 days for group and 3 days for FIT prior to arrival, and must include flight information and meal requirements.The travel reserves the right to release all rooms and space if the requirement is not met within due time stated.

Latest date reservations may be cancelled to avoid penalty 23 days for group and 9 days for FIT prior to scheduled arrival.

Penalty for late cancellation and/or no show on the day of arrival is 1 night room rental.

All cancellation must be received in writing (fax or email) and acknowledged by Hoian Travel
