With FIT: Full payment by cash or bank transfer at least 6 days prior to guets' arrival.
With GIT: Deposit equal to the total room revenue is required latest 36 days prior to the group's arrival.
Payment in full for charges must be settled in cash or money transfer.

A complete rooming list must be received by the travel at least 30 days for group and 4 days for FIT prior to arrival, and must include flight information and meal requirements.The travel reserves the right to release all rooms and space if the requirement is not met within due time stated.

Latest date reservations may becancelled to avoid penalty 35 days for group and 4 days for FIT prior to scheduled arrival.
Penalty for late cancellation and/or no show on the day of arrival is 1 night room rental.
All cancellation must be received in writing ( fax or email) and acknowledged by Hoian Travel.
