2004 witnessed the ceaseless development of the Vietnam tourism industry with 2.9 million tourists travelling to Vietnam. To achieve this remarkable success, the Vietnam Administration of Tourism carried out a series of campaigns to promote tourism, and organized a variety of cultural and tourism events, such as the Hue Festival, Danang Sea Festival, Hoi An Summer Feeling Month, Vietnamese and Japanese Culture Week, and a large number of road shows in the U.S, Germany, France, Australia, Japan and South Korea.

Since it was established in 1990, Hoi An Tourist Service Company has become one of the leading tourism companies in the middle land of Vietnam and even across Vietnam. The company enjoys a favourable location on the heritage road in the centre of the country with Phong Nha cave, royal Hue, the beautiful ancient town of Hoi An and the Cham ruins at My Son,
all of which have been recognized by UNESCO, on its doorstep as well as a string of beautiful long beaches to please
visitors who come to Vietnam.

Outside the two international airports at opposite ends of the country, Danang international airport is the third biggest with
a network of daily domestic flights to and from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang and international flights to Taipei, Bangkok, Singapore and Siem Reap. There is also a fast improving road network linking the top tourist spots. All this
creates favourable conditions for tourists travelling here to visit and transit to other flights on their itinerary.

With the above favourable conditions and the increasing numbers of tourists choosing to travel to Vietnam, we have
increased annual turnover steadily. In 2004, our turnover reached 45,553 billion VND. At present, we manage two, four-star hotels the Hoi An Hotel with 160 rooms, and the Hoi An Beach Resort with 110 rooms. The Hoi An Hotel has been
chosen as one of the Top ten hotels in Vietnam by the Vietnam Administration of Tourism, for three consecutive years. The
Hoi An Beach Resort has a 400-seat international conference centre, and a variety of services and entertainment for the
beach and two international standard restaurants. Both hotels and restaurants have so far been chosen by many tourists
who visit Hoi An. Currently we are constructing a 200 room five-star resort in Hoi An, which is due for completion at the
end of 2006.

Another arm of our company is the Hoi An Travel, which specializes in arranging high quality tours around the country. The travel centre is an official agent for Vietnam Airlines and other international airlines in Vietnam. The company has an
enthusiastic and experienced marketing team and tour guides in French, English and other languages. We also have boats
as well as a pool of vehicles ranging from 4 to 45 seaters to visit places around the country.

We would like to introduce our 2005-2006 Vietnam tourism programme. This is a programme with a rich and diversified
content for each tour over the three parts of Vietnam, discovering the history, cultures, cuisine, people and especially the six world wonders of Vietnam, as recognized by UNESCO. Through our programme, tourists will surely enjoy the natural
