Managed under company director.
Responsible for carrying out and active role in implementing and executing business plans and marketing activities
Set up the plan to attend target travel shows around the world.
Develop marketing tools and brochures.
Manage web content and offer design advice to the business
Develop and drive campaigns to deliver increase traffic
Manage CRM tool and execute all direct marketing activities
Developing programs and promotional campaigns to drive website traffic.
Maximize company core business by crafting site promotions, email newsletters, and online outreach campaigns
Lead, manage and motivate the marketing and content team towards the achievement of target and objectives set by the company.
Develop a sales strategy for marketing channels that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Manage all aspects of the monitoring, analysis and implementation for content marketing in all marketing channels in collaboration with the Content / Copywriter Team and Development Team.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Build and maintain strong PR rapport with all marketing channels to ensure these channels provide maximum publicity to company products and services, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Consistently track and report on market changes including competitive / economic issues relating to the industry.
Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Job requirement :
Year of experience : 5 years in viet nam tourism
Minimum career level: Manager
Minimum education level: Bachelors
Have a much experience working in travel company in viet nam
Understand viet nam cultural
Much experience attending travel shows in the world
Working under pressure and team-work
English language-written & verbal. Must be able to write reports in English
Thinks creatively and differently from the rest of the crowd
High sense of accountability and result focus
Understand how to be a professional-appearance, mannerism, communication.
Confident, effective communication and interpersonal skills
Highly energetic and initiator
Capacity to quickly learn and grasp business issues and requirements
