"It is an honorable award for our staff's efforts over the last year and confirms our commitment to offering the best service to our customers", said Stephen O'Grady, the Caravelle's General Manager. He said the five-star hotel would retain the award as a brand name to attract more business travellers. The hotel shared its prize by donating funds to poor children in Ben Tre Province. The $6,300 fundraised by hotel staff was presented to a provincial representative and is to be used to finance a rehabilitation centre for children.
